7024 has assisted Molo Hotel group to open the UK’s first Vignette Collection hotel with IHG. 7024 were involved from the initial concept phase to opening assistance, advising on layout, offer, brand mix and configuration.
The property underwent a redesign late in the process after IHG launched the Vingette collection and we worked closely with them to bring the brand to life.
The development also features a new Holiday Inn Express and was developed with Modular technology.
